Mr. Leask has a Bachelor of Applied Science in geological engineering from the University of British Columbia (1985) and is a Professional Engineer. Gordon is also a founder and former President of Mansfield Minerals Inc. (now Goldrock Mines Corp.) as well as a founder and former director of White Knight Resources Ltd. which was acquired by U.S. Gold Corp. (now McEwen Mining Inc.) in 2007 for $160 million. Mr. Leask is a director of Regulus Resources Inc.
John M. Leask, P. Eng.
Mr. Leask has a Bachelor of Applied Science in geological engineering from the University of British Columbia (1980) and is a Professional Engineer. John has been involved with numerous public mining exploration and development companies over his 35-year career. He was founder, Chairman, and director of White Knight Resources Inc. which was acquired by U.S. Gold Corp., (now McEwen Mining Inc.) in 2007 for $160 million. Mr. Leask was also a founding director of Goldrock Mines Corp. Mr. Leask is a director of Regulus Resources Inc.

Ms. Cameron-Jones has over 28 years experience in providing regulatory and management services to public companies. She has been a director and officer of several other Exchange listed companies.
Bassam Moubarak, CPA,CA.
Mr. Moubarak is a Chartered Professional Accountant with expertise in corporate finance, corporate reporting, financial processes, financing and risk management. He has held senior management positions for mining companies including Petaquilla Minerals Ltd. where he was instrumental in raising in excess of $120 million to develop and bring into production the Molejon Gold Mine. He also played a key role in the sale of Petaquilla Copper Ltd to Inmet Mining Corporation for $400 million and negotiated the sale of Golden Arrow Resources Corporation's 1% net smelter royalty on Gualcamayo Gold Mine to Premier Royalty Inc. for $17.75 million. Mr. Moubarak also previously held the position of Senior Manager with the public accounting firm of Deloitte & Touche LLP., where he led audits of public companies and oversaw SOX 404 implementations with specific emphasis on the mining industry. Mr. Moubarak has a B.A. in Economics from Simon Fraser University. Mr. Moubarak is currently the Chief Financial Officer of Goldrock Mines Corp.
Mr. Krag-Hansen is a sophisticated investor and the former senior Vice-President of Canaccord Capital Corporation for 20 years. He has extensive knowledge in the area of venture capital funding.
